Hungry Leopard Gets Defeated By Prickly Porcupine

For those that are saying the porcupines Barb’s are poisonous, they are not, however, if they go deep into your skin they will cause serious damage. I love it when the prey can fight back and is capable of defending itself from the predator.

So the porcupine is more than capable of running away fast, but it stays there and lets the leopard get stuck. It’s actually fighting and attacking by turning its back and walking around slowly.

You know it’s a tough day hunting when you’ve gotta resort to this. Where’s a gazelle when you need one? I felt the prick of every one of those porcupine spines. Never underestimate the hunger of a killer that leopard is crazy enough to jab at it until it has no more spines allowing it to go for a crucial part of its body.
